Experience the ultimate Byron Bay combo! In this 2.5hr Surf + Yoga Byron Bay lesson you will experience a balance of yoga and surfing that will have you smiling and feeling great for the rest of the day.
Yoga and surfing are a natural combo. We focus in a type of yoga that will enhance your surfing and strengthen your body, mind and spirit. Surfing, in any level, is a challenge that connects you with nature. Despite your level in surfing, yoga will help to develop your breathing, help you concentrate and focus before surfing, help you relax in the surf, strengthen your core muscles and body in general, stretch your body after a session and relax.
Over time, yoga will prepare your body so you can be confident in challenging conditions and improve your level in surfing. As surfers, we rely on being balanced, limber, relaxed and strong to perform our best. It is the form of training that is perfect for surfers of all levels.
Tour runs every Tuesday. Children have to be 13 years or older.
